As a bilingual dispatch service, we bridge communication between Spanish-speaking carriers and English-speaking partners, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.

Founder’s Note: Why Leapfrog Exist
When I first looked into dispatching, I saw it as a straightforward business — connect drivers to loads and take a percentage. But the more I learned, the more I realized there’s real opportunity to do things differently.
I started to notice how many drivers were being overlooked, and how often shippers were stuck working with people who didn’t truly understand their freight. That’s when I realized this work could be more than just logistics — it could be about building trust and creating better partnerships for the long haul.
I’m still growing, and so is this business. But my focus is clear: help drivers earn more with less stress, and help companies move their freight with confidence.
By working mainly with Flatbeds, Step Decks, and Hot Shots here in North Texas, I’ve chosen to stay close to what I know and build real relationships — not just book random loads.
